The challenge for me was initially about losing weight however it really was much more than that. It was a lifestyle and mindset change, not just me personally but for my whole family as well.
It was a great way to meet people with a varying fitness capabilities and be part of a supporting group at InnerFit who each motivated one another with recipes, tips and sharing their learnings along the way. I really found it motivating to watch others achieve and exceed their growth potential.
Participating in the challenge helped me reset my initial objectives whilst achieving goals I never thought I would ever reach. It essentially provided me with the focus I required at the time to improve my overall health.
