Group Training Classes

InnerFit offers a variety of classes indoor and outdoor ranging from HIT it Hard, Push Pull & Pump, Spin, Boot camp, Yoga and Butts & Guts.

All sessions are designed to suit various fitness levels, from beginners though to seasoned fitness junkies. Our trainers will coach motivate and challenge you with a mixture of training styles.
