Semi Private Pilates (2-3 people)
In a small group of just two- three, increase your strength and mobility in a fun and safe environment. Try out all of the equipment in studio and be sure to bring a can do attitude and a smile!
These sessions are great for those wanting the attention and focus of an individually tailored class but with a little more independence and liveliness of training with a friend or family member. Don’t have anyone to bring along? No problems, come along and make new friends!
