The team at InnerFit are the absolute best! There's an incredible welcoming atmosphere there unlike I've seen at any other gym. Simone's nutrition guidance and advice has helped me in a variety of ways, and Scott's energy in all classes is unmatched. Highly recommend this team of legends!

InnerFit is an amazing gem of a gym in the Inner West!
When I first joined I was recovering from a knee injury that had left me feeling frustrated and in general nervous about exercising but with Scott, Simone and the InnerFit team I feel incredibly supported, encouraged and pushed to achieve my goals and have fun along the way.

Never been much of a gym person, but after a decade or so of being a sloth, gave innerfit a try, thanks to a friend's recommendation. They're awesome! Varying classes, so doesn't get boring. Scott, Simone & the crew always welcoming, and genuinely give a damn.
