Private Pilates (1:1)
Our Private classes allow time to evaluate your physical health and tailor a Pilates session to meet your unique requirements.
Recovering from injury? Are you a new Mum, or soon to be Mum? This is a great reason to focus on your own body and health goals.

Semi Private Pilates (2-3 people)
In a small group of just two- three, increase your strength and mobility in a fun and safe environment. Try out all of the equipment in studio and be sure to bring a can do attitude and a smile!
These sessions are great for those wanting the attention and focus of an individually tailored class but with a little more independence and liveliness of training with a friend or family member. Don’t have anyone to bring along? No problems, come along and make new friends!

Both formats may include a combination of reformer, mat, and small equipment work to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
